The single version of the egg poaching sets. Again, this very simply designed poacher from Combrichon is still the best aid in making a beautifully poached egg. You can grease it if you like, but it is not necessary. Slip it into gently simmering water and then break your egg into the oval pierced cup. It too is crafted of tinned steel, so hand wash and dry.
